The website is the place where you can book in for all your custom and made to order headwear! The online bookings is super easy!
There are two things to consider before you book in.
1. Your order will be handmade. This takes time. All orders take anywhere up to 4 weeks to make (plus shipping). Please consider this when choosing your date.
2. These services are very popular. Places are limited and book out months in advance. It is advisable that any orders for major events & important dates are placed as early as possible.
You are welcome to make a 'BOOK MY SPOT' booking and pay the $50 deposit payment up to 12 months in advance without booking the Design Consultation. This secures your place in the calendar.
However, all bookings will require the full deposit amount of $100 to be paid prior to the Made To Order Booking date. If you chose not to book a design consult, you will receive a request to pay the full amount of the deposit prior to your Book My Spot booking.
If there is availability in the booking calender, then yes. However, these services are very popular and often booked out well in advance. An alternative booking cannot be guaranteed.
Design consults are available FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS only. The session usually takes 30-40minutes.
If you are located outside of Australia, and require time zone consideration, please contact me prior to booking.
In the consult I will discuss your requirements, including any items you may wish to be considered (i.e photos, dress, accessories, special fabrics etc) and will guide you through millinery styles and any etiquette requirements you may have for your event.
Consults are carried out virtually via Zoom, unless an in-studio appointment is requested.
It is not necessary to book a design consult if you do not require it. I have many clients who send me the details of their outfit and a few design requirements via email or direct messages. They are confident in my experience and trust I will provide a quality headwear item to suit their needs.
You should consider booking a design consult if this is your first time ordering with me or if you would like to discuss design options or specific requirements as the design consult is the allocated time to do so. I look forward to meeting new clients and will happily talk millinery to anyone happy to listen.
If you chose not to book a design consult, you will receive a request to pay the full amount of the deposit prior to your Book My Spot booking.
Made To Order / Custom prices range from $400 - $2500AUD.
Some smaller pieces, such as headbands, hairclips, and small cocktail/races hats etc, may be made for under $400.
All orders require $100 non-refundable deposit (consisting of a $50 payment made at the time you make your Book My Spot booking + $50 payment made at the time you book your Design Consultation).
Full payment is required upon the design of your order being confirmed. Varying/adding to a design after it has been agreed upon, will incur additional costs and may delay your order timeframe. The Design Consultation is the allocated time for discussing the design. Any further design consultations, will incur additional service fee.
Methods of payments accepted are Direct Deposit bank transfer, or Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Square, or PayPal. All orders must be paid in full prior to collection/shipping.
