A variety of ready-to-wear pieces is made throughout the year. When available, all ready-to-wear items will be listed in the online shop.
A limited edition of designs for an upcoming collection launch may be released early and listed on the online shop as 'pre-order'. This is your way to get your hands on a new design before a collection is launched. Pre-order purchases are a 'pay now' payment. The full sale price is due at time of the pre-order. The expected available date is shown with each item. Information explaining when you can expect shipment will be sent separately to your contact information. Look for the PRE-ORDER category in the online shop.
Our online shop is great for our customers wanting ready-to-wear headwear. What you see is what you get in the shop, unless if options are listed. If you don't see the colour you need, and are prepared to wait, you can book our Made To Order service and have one of our designs tailored to your colour request.
If I have availability in the Custom Design and Made To Order booking calendar, then yes, absolutely. Head over to the Made To Order page for all the details.
I wish I could, but due to the high level of demand on my millinery time, I only offer this service to clients who have made a Custom Design booking. Head to my bookings page to read about Design Consultations.
Yes. Peacock Millinery is shipped to clients all over the world.
If you are wanting to book my custom design and made to order service, consults are carried out virtually via Zoom. If you are located outside of Australia, and require time zone consideration, please email your request to peacockmillinery@live.com prior to booking. I will try to accommodate any time differences where possible.
All the online shop orders are posted within 2 business days of receiving the order. It's a one woman show here, and I really try to get orders off as quickly as I can.
Generally, you should allow up to 5-10 business days within Australia, and 20-30 business days for international postage. Some countries have duty fees and other taxes. Please note Peacock Millinery takes no responsibility if you are required to pay any of these fees or if your order is opened or delayed by customs.
No. Peacock Millinery does not offer a hire to wear service.
Okay, from time to time life gets in the way. We are busy people. Maybe you forget to book your spot for that custom headwear. Or, you have the call up to attend a last minute event. It happens.
